Terms of Service -

!! Things to keep in mind before commissioning me: !! I am a physically impaired artist and full time student, my time and work hours are not always consistent as I can't predict my health. My predicted wait times are not always set in stone, I appreciate patience!My expectations:
-I expect requested characters to have a drawn reference, with clear colors that I can easily eyedrop, as well as readable features so I can recreate them as accurately as I can. For more subjective commissions please talk to me about it!
-I expect you to have the money upfront, I do not accept holds for commission slots, nor payment plans. I expect that you have the money ready once an invoice is sent.Turn Around Time:
-My turnarounds can vary from 2-3 weeks for simple commissions, to 2 months for longer more complicated commissions. I work slowly, and even simple pieces take me hours of time out of my day.
-I ask for patience, and if you are not comfortable with this wait time, it might be best to find work elsewhere!My rights:
-I can refuse service if I feel uncomfortable with your request or behavior, without having to explain myself.
-I will not under any circumstances use ai, permit feeding my work into ai, or draw characters or ideas generated from ai. I will block and blacklist if I find that this boundary was broken in any way.
-I have the right to use any final products for posts or design/art examples.
-I have the right to block, blacklist and restrict without explanation, as well as do so publicly. I am open to talking through my reasoning if asked.Payment:
-I currently only accept Paypal for commissions in USD, for goods and services only.
-I will request payment once commission details are worked out via invoice, if you do not respond to my message within 24 hours I will send a warning, and if another 24 hours passes without response the commission will be canceled.
-I will not argue my prices with you, I price my work based on what i think is fair, if you don't like it do not buy from me. Arguing the pricing of my work will result in a blacklist and block.
-Refunds are accepted only before the first work in progress, or when the 40% mark is reached in the artistic process, (clean or messy sketches.) I will not give a refund for a finished product. Please let me know of any dissatisfaction with the commission or issues with payment early in the process.Can and Cants:
Cans:
-You may ask for a work in progress or update at any time throughout the commission process, I will often provide my own work in progress after every large change, but I am happy to provide others.
-Use the finished product how you see fit, reposting, resharing and reuploading to other websites, as well as editing the finished product as you see fit, as long as proper credit is given to one of my accounts, by link, mention or @.
-You can ask for changes in the commission, with reason, i will not heavily edit a fully rendered finished artwork. I will send examples of sketches and color swatches early in the commission process, changes are welcome during that period.
Cants:
-You cannot use my artwork to feed into ai.
-I ask that you not trace my artwork nor heavily reference it. This includes taking noticeable inspiration or copying from my designs and posted adopts. Similar or inspired designs are welcome, but I will call out blatant theft or copying.
-You cannot sell designs bought from me for more than you originally paid for without additional value added.
-You cannot claim that my artwork or designs are yours.
-Do not Push me for a finished product, i will not tolerate being pressured to finish work when i cannot. Asking for updates is okay, but please try to have patience.
-Ask for holds or payment plans on commissions, i accept 3 day holds for adopts over 60$ but will not extend that to commission slots.
-I am not currently accepting NSFW commissions, but for artistic nudity or suggestive content please talk to me about it first!Blacklisting:
-I will blacklist you privately and with notice. A blacklist results in a block, restriction and you will be banned from commissioning work from me or purchasing my designs.
If I feel threatened, harassed or uncomfortable with your behavior I reserve the right to post about my experience publicly.
-I am open to talking about what resulted in a blacklist, but it most likely will not result in you being removed from my blacklist.
